What surprised me most was how long the process took.

From start to end, it stretched anywhere from one month to three months, with multiple rounds along the way before I finally got to the point of receiving an employment contract.

Because it took that much patience, the journey stopped feeling like a quick application and started feeling like a slow-moving timeline. I didn’t get an offer, but the biggest takeaway was how much time and waiting it demanded even after I’d cleared the initial steps.
