I applied online and then waited about a week before hearing back.

The process was split into two rounds: a telephonic technical screen first, followed by a second call that mixed technical and behavioral questions.

The first round was entirely technical, which I found intense because I was being pushed through concepts quickly. The second round balanced both sides, and by the end it felt like they were trying to test not just what I knew, but how I explained my thinking under pressure.
