Seattle, WAPosted Nov 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied online and the recruiter told me it would be two interviews, but the process didn’t start smoothly.

I spent about a week waiting to get everything set up, and even after hearing there would be a link, I ended up waiting roughly twenty minutes after it was supposed to be available before the recruiter followed up. My interviewer was great and the conversation itself was easy, but the recruiter’s communication made it feel like I was being treated like a number.

Even though the actual interview discussion went well with a friendly interviewer, the overall experience left a slightly sour taste because the process around it felt sloppy. I didn’t get an offer.
