Susquehanna International Group Software Engineer interview experience

It included an OA with four questions split across easy, two mediums, and a hard problem. After the assessment, there was a recruiter call where I discussed how SIG fit my background, and the recruiter emphasized knowing myself and what SIG was about.

The experience was welcoming, and despite the mixed difficulty of the OA set, it ended with me receiving an offer. The biggest reflection I have is that the process combined serious coding evaluation with a genuine emphasis on personal alignment, and it worked in my favor.
