Susquehanna International Group Software Engineer interview experience

I went through two interviews that both emphasized CV review, and the first round was in C#. I remember thinking the conversation leaned more toward understanding my background and experience than throwing surprises at me.

The company atmosphere came through clearly—my internship experience had been a big point of learning, and the interviewer feedback tied into that, along with talk about benefits and team culture. Even though I didn’t end up with an offer, the overall vibe stayed positive the whole way, and the communication felt better than other firms I’d dealt with.
