Susquehanna International Group Software Engineer interview experience

The first part involved being interviewed by multiple different teams, and each team asked questions about their roles and what they worked on. The atmosphere was pretty chill, and the conversations felt more like a genuine discussion than a high-pressure interrogation.

The process ended without an offer, but overall I had a good experience in terms of tone. It felt like they wanted to understand how I approached OOP and how I’d fit with different team needs.
