I went through a discovery day first, and that set the tone for the rest of the process.

There was an OA on the day focused on basic finance and statistics, followed by an HR interview. After discovery day, I had one interview with an analyst.

Then I moved into a superday with four separate interviews that were heavy on probability, plus typical market talk and stock pitches. The feeling was that the company was trying to see both how I reasoned with probabilities and how I could connect that to real market narratives.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the structure was clear—technical thinking consistently showed up, and HR didn’t dominate the technical-heavy momentum.
