Superhuman Solutions Engineer interview experience

I went through a recruiter step, then a hiring manager discussion, then peer interviews. The last part was a presentation skit where I needed to demonstrate deep expertise in their platform.

I felt prepared and believed I’d covered the presentation points clearly, but the impression I left was that I hadn’t addressed what they wanted to see closely enough. That mismatch in how they evaluated the demo is what ultimately determined how things went.

Even though the process took about three weeks and that felt way too long for how I ultimately experienced it, the overall format was still clear.
