My first three questions were on HackerRank as an OA, and I didn’t score fully because I hit time limits.

After that, things switched to live interviews: a 30-minute phone screen and then a 60-minute technical session on Zoom.

For the Zoom portion, they sent over LinkedIn links so I knew who my interviewer would be, which made it feel a little more organized. The final round was a hiring manager conversation.

Even though the early OA took a bit out of me, the whole flow stayed fairly straightforward. I didn’t end up getting an offer, and what I took away was that the time pressure on the OA mattered a lot—enough to derail the process even before the deeper discussions.
