I came in as a referral candidate, and the process felt thorough right away.

The bar raiser interview stood out—it gave me a clear sense that the bar wasn’t going to be soft, but it also felt like I was given room to understand what they were looking for.

Overall, it felt intentional and culture-focused. Even though I didn’t end up getting an offer, the process made it easier to picture what expectations would be like for the role.

My reflection was that the process wasn’t just about judging answers; it was also about helping me gauge whether the culture fit worked both ways. That clarity was valuable, even though the result didn’t go my way.
