Superhuman Software Engineer interview experience

Each interview ran about an hour, so the schedule felt steady but demanding.

On the technical side, I worked through algorithms/coding-style questions and also a system design interview. The non-technical rounds focused mostly on my overall experience in development—how I’d worked in real projects, what I learned, and how I’d approached different situations.

It was both challenging and interesting throughout. I didn’t get an offer, but the experience stayed engaging rather than repetitive, and the mix of topics made it feel like they were checking more than just one dimension.
