Superhuman Software Engineer interview experience

I started with a phone screening, then went into two coding interviews, followed by a system design discussion.

After the technical rounds, I had two interviews with managers. Even with that many people and stages, it never felt hostile or overly cold; the conversations stayed constructive.

It was overall a great experience, though I didn’t receive an offer. The honest reflection I carried afterward was that empathy doesn’t remove difficulty, but it absolutely changes how safe you feel while navigating it.
