I ended up enjoying this interview loop more than any other I’d gone through before.

The process felt engaging, and when I spoke with managers the conversations came across as fairly light rather than overly rigid. The technical screens also matched what I’d expect—nothing felt like trick questions, and the difficulty level was pretty normal.

I still didn’t receive an offer, even though it seemed like things went well on my side. Honestly, it left me thinking maybe I wasn’t the best fit, even if the interviews didn’t feel especially harsh.
