I started with a solid HR call, and then the technical sequence moved quickly into a system design interview that really clicked for me.

I liked both the topic I chose to discuss and the interviewer’s overall attitude.

After that, though, the flow got rough. The soft-skills interview felt badly organized, and then I had an algorithms interview with a competent interviewer that went well. The last step was a Python coding interview that I didn’t enjoy at all—my interviewer wasn’t helping, and it felt like they were sticking to unhelpful coding-interview habits. By the end, it left me feeling like the final round was working against me rather than testing me fairly.
