San Jose, CAPosted Jan 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process was very intensive and followed the usual Bay Area pattern: an hour-long tech phone screen followed by an onsite spread across two days, totaling around five hours.

Because I’d initially applied for a different role, I ended up with even more time—about six hours in the onsite.

During the interviews, they realized I might be a better fit for a different track based on my expertise, and I had to do one more interview for that. After I passed, there were several rounds of reverse interviews where I got to learn more about the company and evaluate what it was really like to work there. I remember the friendliness of the people as a bright spot, even though it was a lot to get through.
