The recruiter experience was the main reason this felt smooth to me.

Even though there were many steps involved, everything moved quickly and stayed organized, and I got feedback extremely fast. I remember that scheduling was flexible enough that it didn’t become a hassle even with my timeline.

Overall, it felt less stressful than I expected for how many stages there were. I didn’t get an offer, but the process itself was efficient, responsive, and well coordinated, and that left a positive impression.
