My process started with an OA, then moved pretty quickly into recruiter coordination.

After the OA, I had a recruiter screen, and then a phone screen. If I passed that, the next step was a hiring manager screen where they made a decision.

What made this path feel distinct was how compressed it was compared to the longer loops I’d heard about. My scheduling ended up matching a straightforward, stage-by-stage cadence: an initial HR-style call, then a hiring manager call, followed by a longer phone screen where I worked through a basic React implementation question. After that, it turned into an onsite with time-boxed sessions covering an algorithm round and a system design
