My interviews were well scheduled, and I liked that the interviewers were assigned ahead of time.

I was even given a LinkedIn intro for the people I’d meet, which made it feel a bit more organized.

The conversations were split between engineers and leadership teams. The technical questions weren’t random or obscure; they ended up being a couple of interesting prompts that made me think rather than just recite.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the process felt tidy and considerate in how it was arranged, and the questions I faced seemed grounded in how the role would actually work.
