Superhuman Marketing Analytics Specialist interview experience

After reaching final rounds, I wasn’t left waiting with an automatic email or vague silence. Instead, they set up a Zoom call to directly tell me I didn’t get the role.

That choice made a difference to me. The communication didn’t feel cold or scripted—it felt like they were taking the time to close the loop properly. Even though the result wasn’t what I wanted, I appreciated that they delivered the decision in a human, respectful way.

Overall, I walked away with a clearer sense of how the process ended, and that helped me feel less frustrated than I usually do after rejection.
