After applying, the process moved through a clear, fairly standard sequence.

I went from an online assessment to a recruiter screening, then to a technical interview, and finally a behavioral interview focused on cultural fit. Everything about the scheduling and expectations felt smooth and quick, and the steps were described in a way that made the overall flow easy to follow.

The interviews themselves felt organized and predictable rather than mysterious. I remember feeling that the process was run with structure, not chaos, and that it was easy to know where I stood as I moved to the next round.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but overall it didn’t feel confusing
