Superhuman Software Engineer interview experience

A lot of the evaluation criteria seemed tied to an archaic tech stack, and it gave me the impression that the company hadn’t evolved at the same pace as others.

It wasn’t just about the interviews themselves being less polished—it was the feeling that the standards were anchored to something old rather than to how modern engineering teams build and evaluate.

I didn’t get an offer, and honestly I mostly remember the mismatch between current industry expectations and the way the process was run.
