The interview process felt extensive, but it was also exceptionally well organized.

I consistently knew what came next, and that made the whole run-through feel manageable instead of chaotic. Everyone I met was friendly, well-prepared, and professional.

The rounds were split across several parts: a computer science interview, a .NET-focused interview, a system design interview, and then a career history conversation plus alignment with the company’s values. That spread made it feel like they were looking at both technical breadth and how I fit with the way they work.

Even though I didn’t receive an offer, the overall experience was still one of the best I’d gone through.
