My path started with a recruiter screening and then moved into coding pretty quickly, followed by a set of onsite technical interviews.

In total, I went through one online coding stage and then four onsite technical interviews that mixed coding and design.

The process was fast, but it was definitely hard—very much in the Google-style / LeetCode lane. Even with that pressure, the people I spoke with were friendly and supportive, and there was a consistent sense that they wanted me to succeed.

I didn’t get an offer, but I left feeling like the bar was clear and the evaluation was demanding. The only real disappointment was the result, since the environment itself was encouraging.
