My journey started with an initial set of conversations and then quickly escalated into a fuller loop.

I ended up doing five interviews, including a panel interview. The HR team was on top of communication and made sure expectations were clear and reasonable, so I always knew what was coming next. As I moved through rounds, my interest grew because the process felt like it was really trying to evaluate both fit and approach.

Each subsequent interview ramped up the intensity. The later conversations pushed deeper into how I would operate, and the interviews leaned into sales-focused discussion—things like showing I understood the market language and being able to talk through a customer story.
