I went through a four-part loop that kept getting more specific about fit.

First was a HireVue recorded round, then I did a HackerRank coding round, followed by a behavioral interview, and finally a team-fit style behavioral conversation.

Overall it didn’t feel terrible or adversarial. The coding and technical portions were enough to gauge skills, and the behavioral rounds were more about how I work and communicate. I didn’t end up taking the role from StoneX because I received a better offer elsewhere.

Looking back, the process felt reasonably organized and fair enough, even if it ultimately wasn’t the deciding factor for me.
