I went through a comparatively straightforward recruiting flow focused heavily on fit and my story, with technicals mentioned but not treated as the whole evaluation.

Recruiter / phone interview — I had a first-round phone chat that was organized by the team and moved quickly to the next day’s or soon-after interview.
Fit-first interview — I described my resume and history in detail and explained why I wanted investment banking; the conversation centered on my coursework and motivation rather than technical modeling.
Technical + fit (multiple 30-minute interviews) — I completed several short interviews combining technical and fit questions; the pace was efficient, and feedback timing was faster than I expected.
