Stealth Startup Software Engineer interview experience

• Intro + technical questions — I started with an introduction about myself, then answered technical questions.
• Coding (LeetCode-ish) + two interviewers — I did a LeetCode-like coding exercise; there were two interviewers, and one appeared to be observing or training.
• System design (URL shortener-like) — I then discussed a system design question similar to designing a URL shortener.

Outcome: No offer was reported, and the takeaway is that they paired typical coding with an application-level system design design exercise.
