After the initial assessment part of the process, I ended up with an OA-style behavioral interview where the questions focused on how I worked with others and how I approached my day-to-day work style.

The interviewers were genuinely friendly and stayed engaged the whole way through, which made it feel a lot less tense than I expected.

For the deeper conversation stage, my interview timing lined up with moving from intern to full-time, and it turned into a longer session with people from multiple teams. I had several interviewers across the program—each getting their turn to ask me questions that mixed behavioral and technical angles with prompts about my past experience. The overall vibe was still pretty approachable; it wasn’t the kind of room where every question felt adversarial.
