My process started with an exam-style, question-based stage, followed by an interview recorded on video that took about an hour to complete.

The video component felt particularly intense because it was time-bound and I could only take the recording once, which put real pressure on getting my answers across the first time.

After that, I moved into live conversations that included both group and individual interviews. The live stages felt more traditional: I spoke with team leaders and technical staff, and the questions focused on how I approached the work and how my background mapped to what they needed. Because this was happening during the COVID period, the interviews were held virtually on Microsoft Teams.
