One interview I had over video felt unprofessional and draining from the start.

The interviewer was late, didn’t seem to know which position I was interviewing for, and after I joined online he turned off his camera for a few minutes. When it came time for me to introduce myself, he wasn’t attentive, and the interaction felt rude rather than collaborative.

The feedback I received afterward was also extremely harsh and offensive, which made it hard to believe it was meant to be constructive. I expected a more normal follow-up, but the process ended without another proper chance, and that lack of respect left a bad taste.
