Denver, COPosted Mar 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through several interviews that felt like they were progressing normally, and I also had an assignment that was difficult but still doable.

The people I met with seemed engaged, and communication had been moving along via email.

After I completed a few rounds, everything stalled. I followed up for more than a week, and instead of a real response, I received an automated email letting me know they weren’t moving forward. Even people I’d been communicating with directly never responded when I reached out again.

I didn’t get the offer, and what stuck with me most was the contrast between how normal the conversations had felt and how abruptly the process ended without any personal closure.
