St Engineering Software Engineer interview experience

The process was short and the main expectation seemed to be how I carried myself—there was a subtle impression that confidence and showing that I could handle the role mattered.

Even though the interview itself was easy, it left me thinking the caliber of the hiring staff was solid, because the whole conversation didn’t feel like a box-checking exercise. I didn’t feel pressured or ambushed, and that made the experience feel lighter than most.
