My interview was surprisingly light on formal assessments.

There were no coding tests and nothing that felt like a LeetCode-style challenge. The technical part stayed anchored to the kind of everyday stack questions like Docker, with the first round being slightly more technical while the second focused more on personal details, availability, and fit.

The overall process still had structure—two rounds—but it felt more like qualification and conversation than a strict exam. The format didn’t pressure me to solve anything live; instead, they tested whether my experience matched what they were building and how comfortable I was talking through it.
