My timeline started with an online application, and it took about two weeks before I heard back.

The interview process had two rounds and the format leaned on scenarios rather than a deep technical dive. In the first round, I spoke with the HOD and a senior staff member, where I was given a scenario and asked to explain what I would do.

The second round was with the VP. That step felt pretty straightforward in the way the questions were framed and how the conversation moved. Overall the whole thing was fairly direct, and the process didn’t feel overly complicated, just focused on how I thought through situations.
