Before the main interview, I had to take a test, which set a more evaluative tone than I expected.

After the test, I had a panel interview with three interviewers. The whole conversation took more than an hour for me overall, and what surprised me was how the timeline stretched out afterward.

It took over a week to get processing updates, and I ended up needing to follow up frequently to keep things moving. Eventually the outcome landed in my favor a few days later, but the waiting period and the need to chase updates made the process feel longer than it should have.
