I got introduced through a friend, and the whole interview felt pretty straightforward.

The conversation mainly went through my past experiences, and I brought drawings to show work I had done before and walk them through what the process looked like. It wasn’t drawn out or overly formal—more like a clear discussion of my background.

The process ended up feeling smooth from start to finish, and I ultimately got the job. Honestly, the biggest thing that stood out was how natural it felt; there wasn’t a sense that they were looking for some hidden trick beyond understanding my projects and how I work.
