After submitting my application, I ended up going through a structured panel-style interview process.

My first stop was a panel with multiple interviewers where the focus was mostly on the general job scope—what the role would involve, the kinds of tasks I’d be responsible for, and who I’d be working with. The overall tone was friendly and collaborative, and the discussion felt closer to a conversation than a formal interrogation.

Then, after that first round, I waited through the selection window and moved into a follow-up round when I was chosen. That later step again felt like it was centered on alignment with the role, and the pace of the process stretched across about one to two weeks
