The hiring process felt fast and I actually received an offer quickly.

The catch was that because security clearances were required, I couldn’t start work immediately. The full process took about a month overall.

During the interview stage, the interviewers were friendly and willing to share more about what would come next, which made the waiting feel more informed rather than just stalled. I didn’t regret it because the communication tone was good, even though the clearance timeline meant I had to wait before moving on.
