My process started with application and then a psychometric test, which set the tone that they were looking for more than just interview performance.

After I was selected for the next stage, I did a recorded video interview where I could re-record each question up to three times. That re-record window made a noticeable difference for me because it let me correct mistakes in the moment and present a stronger version of my answer.

Once the video part was successful, I moved into the final event. It included a group assessment and a final interview. The group work was structured as a live, collaborative decision task with other candidates, where we had to work together to choose and justify an initiative based on company values and criteria.
