Halifax, NSPosted Feb 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a two-part structure that included a mix of HR and manager-style questions.

In the first round, HR asked general questions. The second round was with the hiring manager, and that’s where the technical questions plus behavioral questions came in.

After the interview, I had to prepare an Excel—specifically it involved using formulas to show different ways to apply them. The Excel component stood out as a concrete deliverable rather than something abstract.

I didn’t get an offer. The process overall felt normal and professional, but the Excel request added a layer of work beyond the live discussion.
