Ss&C Technologies Holdings Accountant interview experience

They responded quickly and were easy to talk to, and the overall vibe made it seem like a solid opportunity to learn.

What surprised me was how much it leaned toward behavioral discussion instead of technical depth. The interview focused more on how I’d worked, how I handled situations, and what my experience meant, rather than testing accounting minutiae.

I didn’t receive an offer, but I left feeling like it could still be a place where the learning curve would be worthwhile. The friendly tone mattered a lot to me.
