I applied online and heard back from the recruiter within a few days.

They sent me a HackerRank-style question link, and the test was easy enough that I finished it with an O(n) approach and low memory overhead. The recruiter followed up with a conversation that felt a bit unusual: they asked for my opinion of the test itself, and I said it was very easy, even asking if there could be something harder next time.

They thanked me for the feedback, said they’d get back to me, and then I never heard from them again. I ended up being rejected, but the interaction felt more like a quick fit-check than a drawn-out process.
