I went through a long, drawn-out selection process and the lack of follow-through was what defined it.

It took about three weeks from the start and required a lot of time and preparation—around nine interviews with different people—so I was already emotionally invested by the time it stopped.

The process just… stopped. The role seemed to “disappear” without any explanation, and after that point I didn’t get any further communication from the company or the recruiters. The interviews themselves were part of a structured loop, and the sheer number of meetings made it feel like there was a real plan, which is why the sudden silence felt especially unprofessional.

I never reached an offer stage
