Sprinklr Product Analyst interview experience

In the first round, I went deep on my CV and answered intense questions, including puzzles, and it was very much about how I reasoned under scrutiny. The second round combined case-study analysis with guesstimate tasks to test both problem-solving and analytical thinking.

The third round was culture fit through HR, where the conversation shifted to behavioral alignment and values. I also remember a specific pressure point around logistics and expected working hours—questions came up about whether I was comfortable with US/Australian timing and high work hours, roughly in the 10–12 range.
