Kansas City, MOPosted May 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After a recruiter/HR call to talk through my background and why I wanted to join, I moved into a structured set of interviews that stayed professional while still feeling conversational.

I had an initial meeting with a sales manager where the focus was on my experience and interest in the role, and the tone was warm enough that it didn’t feel like I was reciting a script. A short time after that, I came back for a second in-person conversation that went deeper and felt more intense—less about checking boxes and more about what I was like day to day, how I approached work, and how I reacted to hypothetical situations. At various points across the process, they also used character/personal style prompts to understand my personality and drive.
