My first step was an intro call with the recruiter, focused on getting a clear picture of my background and what the role expected.

Then I had a timed coding challenge that I had to complete within about 90 minutes. The final stage was a technical interview with a team lead, where the focus turned into system design.

Even though the structure was straightforward, the technical bar felt real, and by the end I didn’t receive an offer. Looking back, it was the kind of process where you knew exactly what category each round would test, but it still required strong execution under pressure.
