PolandPosted Aug 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Software Engineer role and went through an unusually long set of conversations over about two months, ending in rejection.

Multiple interview steps (7 total) — I was taken through a series of interviews, including talks with company leadership.
Team tech lead discussion — I had an interview where the interviewer seemed ready to hire and explained how the work would unfold.
Offer discussion and late disclosure — Salary details weren’t disclosed until the very end, after an offer was made. Outcome: I received a rejection after investing significant time; the takeaway was that feedback was vague and the process felt mismanaged.
