I interviewed for an Account Executive role through a longer, more intensive multi-step process that felt difficult and stretched across several interactions.

Background/drug screening and logistics (in-person) — I completed background checks and drug screening and had to travel in and out of NYC from the suburbs.
Phone and remote meetings — I went through two phone calls and two Zoom-style meetings.
In-person rounds — I attended two in-person interviews, including one more informal discussion and another with senior leadership. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that the process was thorough, time-consuming, and required serious commitment.
