I went through a fairly standard multi-round flow: first a recruiter/HR round, then a coding test where the core of it was more logic than anything tied to a specific programming language.

I wasn’t using the exact language they name for the role, but the reasoning still carried over, so it felt manageable.

The last round was a deeper interview that shifted into behavior. It was all competency-focused—questions that pushed me to talk through situations rather than just explain technical concepts. Overall the vibe felt typical for an HR-heavy screen into engineering—less about a single tricky problem and more about how I’d worked and how I’d think in context. I didn’t get an offer, but the structure was clear enough that I understood what they were evaluating.
