Hawthorne, CAPosted Nov 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interviews moved quickly and stayed streamlined.

I did an initial screen and then a pair of video calls, and there was even an opportunity for me to share a sample of past presentations in advance. When I presented my materials, the feedback felt positive and it seemed like it helped me come across more clearly.

The only part that really soured the experience was how one of the later interviewers behaved. Even though the rest of the conversations went well, that interaction felt unprofessional and biased, and it threw me off mentally right before they made their final call. After everything wrapped up, I still got a rejection quickly.
